New process for skilled worker requests 

As of June 13, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has updated the process for skilled workers to 

inform the MPNP of your intention to change employers, request a work permit support letter, request a nomination certificate extension, and inform the MPNP of changes to your EE profile. 

All requests must be submitted using the new Skilled Worker Webform. The MPNP is committed to processing all requests received via the webform within 10 business days. Incomplete requests may exceed this processing period.
